In its latest September 30th decree, the Government of Quebec stipulates that in a private residence or in an accommodation unit, including the land, any person can receive a maintenance, repair or residential renovation service; have a visit for the purpose of selling or renting the residence, as well as any other similar service.
According to the APCHQ, the government's intention is to allow work in the residential renovation sector as well as to allow all construction works carried out on sites across the province of Quebec. Sanitary measures remain in place and must be followed to the letter according to the COVID CNESST Guide – Construction.
