Designed by the popular Drummond House Plans 3281-V1 model, this version is even roomier with its 9’ ceiling throughout the main level and the addition of a third bedroom that could be easily converted into a home office, or guest bedroom. The increase in size permits several changes that include the addition of a full bathroom shared by the two secondary bedrooms, a separate laundry area, and the relocation of the kitchen pantry. The main activities area is well placed with its rear orientation and the private shower room that has been added to the master bedroom is sure to be appreciated.
