Anti-torsion 1/2'' plywood on the entire surface of the walls (including sill plate, rim joist, and sill) ensuring structural stability, resistance, and optimal bracing
Continuous insulation of 1.5'' covering the entire surface of the walls (including sill plate, rim joist, and sill) to prevent thermal bridges of the structure
Weather shield to ensure water and air tightness.
Top plates: 2'' x 6'' or 2'' x 8'' depending on the version chosen
Lintels (wood or engineered wood)
Factory-installed double lathing/furring to prevent perforation of the vapor barrier
Acoustic sealant under the sill plate to optimize airtightness
Weather barrier adhesive tape to seal weather barrier for maximum water and air tightness and 1’’x 3’’exterior vertical lathing.
