During its press conference Tuesday, December 15, the Legault government informed the province of Quebec that it was putting the holiday season on pause from December 17 to January 11, with a view to containing and preventing an acceleration of the virus' second wave of spread and reduce its pressure on our health system. Consequently, new public health measures are effective according to specific sectors of activity. Stores and offices will therefore be closed from December 25 to January 11 and teleworking will be in force during this period.
In this context, we would like to reassure you and confirm that we will be opened and available online/in virtual mode and that our Customer Service and sales advisors will continue to avail themselves during the holiday season by phone, chat, email and video conference to assist you in your project. They will take a well-deserved break on December 24-25-26 and January 31-1 and 2 and will return back on January 3 according to the instructions in force.
