A set of pre-cut structural components produced in series on our automated assembly line (floor modules, insulated wall panels, roof trusses, and factory-installed doors and windows) is precisely assembled around the Laprise mechanical [pod]. By default, [hôm] houses and cottages come with an insulated structural floor system, allowing for solid, simple, and quick installations on helical piles across a variety of terrains. They can also be installed on a concrete slab or a traditional foundation.
Yes, we can offer installation services through our network of Certified and experienced Partners/Contractors. Every step of your prefabricated project will be managed with care and professionalism, ensuring impeccable quality. Have work done as needed or take advantage of a turnkey solution. We deliver throughout Quebec and to certain areas of New Brunswick. Each project is evaluated individually to confirm the feasibility of delivery. Additionally, depending on the delivery location, we can offer quality installations through our network of Certified Partners.
The delivery of the kit is included up to 300 kilometers from the Montmagny factory in Quebec, with additional fees applicable for longer distances or maritime transport.
